Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Westminster is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Westminster follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

These macarons are so good! Its so hard to find a place with actually good macarons that aren't dry or overbearing in sweetness. And these are definetly delicious! And at 2.75 each? So coming back here the next time I get a pastry craving!

**4.5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ Sweet Mood Westminster: A Fun Dive into Vietnamese Sweets** Tucked in the heart of Little Saigon on Bolsa Ave, **Sweet Mood** is the colorful novelty dessert spot that’s perfect when you’re craving something cold and quirky after a pho run 🍧🇻🇳. The place is bright and playful—pastel walls, cute neon signs, and a long counter loaded with vibrant toppings. It’s classic fast-casual: order at the register, watch them assemble your treat, and grab it to go or enjoy at the small tables. **Convenient location** with plenty of plaza parking, and it’s open late—ideal for late-night sugar fixes. **Service was friendly**—the staff smiled, patiently explained options for first-timers, and everything came out quick even during the weekend rush. The **Vietnamese sweets** are definitely the draw here: I got the classic chè ba màu (three-color dessert) and a mixed fruit chè with coconut milk. Layers of mung bean, red bean, pandan jelly, and plenty of toppings like grass jelly and lychee. Flavors are authentic—sweet, creamy, and refreshing with that signature Southeast Asian vibe. Portions are generous and fun to dig through. That said, deductions based on my personal preferences

Cute shop in a lazy plaza that has plenty of parking. The place is big with separate room for chilling. Great vibe & excellent service. Went and get some drink to go so didn’t stay to enjoy it. The drink is great, not too sweet, perfectly well make. Will be back to try the others.

I happened to see this store when I picked up my child, the store is clean, the decoration is very sweet, the staff is extremely friendly, and the owner is also very nice, I thought he was one of the employees here. I ordered 1 black sesame and 1 three-color dessert and got 2 macaroon cakes for grand-opening promotion, the owner also specially gave my child an extra, the dessert was packaged very carefully in a paper bag. Before, I used to have to drive 1 hour to LA to eat black sesame but now I don't need to anymore, the black sesame here is very suitable for my taste, the macaroons are also very delicious. However, the store scooped out too much so I couldn't go home to eat dinner my wife cooked and I got scolded. Added to my list.
